About Sean Patrick Hogan

Currently, I'm a programmer in Boston and have been working for the Unitarian Universalist Association for the past four and a half years. Before that, I was a student at Brandeis University.

I like to create technology that helps people. I started programming in college on the myBrandeis community system. Back in its heyday (before Facebook), if offered event calendaring, forums, news items, polls, and classifieds that were widely used by the Brandeis community. When I learned that PovertyFighters was having trouble running and maintaining their system, I stepped in to modernize their architecture and help save them thousands of dollars per year. At the Unitarian Universalist Association, I get to continue helping good people.
